Walking in the snow

This Sunday we had a very enjoyable walk in the snow. We just realised after one hour that walking with snow boots in snow is much more tiring than walking with nice and light running shoes, so this was more exercise than we bargained for ! Nevertheless, it was a very enjoyable experience ...
We are now planning to walk a bit further and longer from March, as the weather gets better and sunnier (hopefully).
See you later, Gaelle

Most, if not all of us have now started training, and we all enjoy it very much ! There are so many places to walk to around here, we are spoilt with choice.
So far we have walked along the Grand union canal towards Southall or Brentford and Isleworth, some have tried the Brent river walk up to Bunny Park and the more courageous have even walked up to Ham and Kingston !
We already have lots of other ideas for the coming weeks, which is great.
Weather has been good with us as well, with quite a couple of bright sunny days, and others not so sunny but at least with no rain !
More details to follow and photos as well ...

Thanks for Supporting such a Great Cause!
